Ok heres my problem ,I'm on house arrest & probation so I cant smoke anymore .I have friends that smoke around me & I might even handle some humbolt buds from time to time .So lastnight my friends were smoking around me & I was handling buds too.The next day I had to go check in with the house arrest people ,They ended up giving me a random drug test ,the kind with the four strips in one to test for all drugs.So they test me & say I positive for weed !My question is could the weed get in me second hand smoke wise ,or could it get in my system just from handling it .If so what do I tell the house arrest people the cause of me being dirty is ?They said they are
going to send it to the lab to check it out,do you think it will show any levels in my system? Should I be worried?I'm really nervous & think they are going to try to violate me or something .Can anybody tell me why the test will show dirty ??Please I need the pro's help !

If you haven't smoked, vaped, or eaten any marijuana it is highly unlikely that you would get a true positive on a drug test. My guess is that it was a false positive and that the confirmation GC/MS test will bear that out.

It is almost impossible to get a true positive from second-hand smoke. Exhaled smoke contains only a tiny percentage of the THC found in fresh smoke. It is possible to absorb THC through your skin but not just from touching buds.

dude if u didnt smoke just deny u did and say it is wrong, probation people are tricky. they could say u are dirty to see if u confess for anything you know what i mean. also those panel tests have a false read on 1 of every 200 lol talk about luck huh?
