so what is your ? exactly? clean for 50 days? whats the problem?

imo if you didnt purposely dilute you should be fine, urine should come out yellow though, you shouldve layed off the water gatorade w/e for the day of the test, if she said its fine then its fine!

My main question is regaurding the color of my urine and coming up diluted. Since it is clear almost everyday, does this imply that I will more often than not be diluted at any given time? Or does it imply that im just a clear urine type of guy, and that my sample should be fine? I only drank one glass of water and 1/2 of a powerade. This was not right before I went in. This was over the course of the day, as the test was taken in the afternoon. I guess I'm curious about limits for going into diluted territory. FOR EXAMPLE: Person 1: drinks on average 1 gallon of water a day for 4 months.
Person 2: drinks on average 2 glasses of water a day for 4 months.

Do you think there is a difference in how much each could drink without coming up diluted?
