I have taken 2 test for my new job and showed up diluted for both, I have been taking vitamin E , L-Carnitine, and a b complex vitamin. Any ideas why I am getting diluted results?

Also the test is the one from quest diagnostics.

How much liquids are you drinking and what kind? Go with the sports drinks and follow the dillution method

Just lots of water, my at home test came up negitive so I thought I was ok but I got dilute. I guess this time I will try gatorade.

If my test is tommrow and I have just started taking creatine today am I gonna be dilute again?

Creatine needs to be taken days before the test. However remember what they told you in school. Better Late Than Never, but Better Never Late!

If you follow the dillution guidlines probably not, it was all of the water that scrwed you I think.
