I am getting ready to join the army and i have a piss test in a week. I need to know the best way to clean my body. Can anyone help me???????

the day of my piss test i will be watched closely so i can't take anything or drink a lot or they will know somethins up. I need a method that will work and last more than a few hours like a day or longer

i was smoke free for almost a month and i smoked for three days about a week ago this wednesday. i didn't smoke all that much but i can't seem to get it out of my system. I have drank cranberry juice,water, detoxifying teas, i tried a cap full of bleach, niacin pills, and cranberry pills. am i ****ed?????

Since you were smoke free for 30 day's, that should have gotten most out of your system. What you took in, would most likely take 7-10 days to exit, based on a high metabolism.... so, if you have another week (7 days), you should be okay I'm thinking.

i'm stressing so bad. my mom works at a drug court so i have her bring home all these drug tests and i can't even get a faint line to appear. what are the best things to do for the next 7 days??

Start pigging out, and be lazy..... Eat at McDonalds for all 3 meals, and pour on the fat. That layer of fat will cover the bad layer...

I personally love Hot Fudge Sundies....

Of course, brush your teeth well.

Did you see the movie "Super Size Me"? about the dude that ate nothing but McDonalds for 30 days... he got checked weekly by Doctors, and his fat content started soaring.... If you can't burn it out in time, cover it up with CLEAN FAT....
