Can I be arrested If I fail a pre-emplymnt drug test

I hope this isnt in the wrong forum.
I just took a pre-employment drug test and will find out the results tomorrow. My question is, if I dont pass can I be arrested???

Your prospective employer's drug test has no legal standing, so, the answer is no.

If I go into work tomorrow and do get fired, i guess its not THAT big of a deal. I've been at a temp job for the last 6 months, that wasnt even a temp. to hire, but on monday they told me they wanted me to work there as a permanent pending a drug test. I smoked for the 2nd time in my life this past saturday.Just my luck. So I bought a detoxifying drink (ready clean), and drank a ton of water that day. I guess I'll just hope for the best.
Now I'm just worried about being able to find employment in the future.

I've been there, and it's tough. I've never failed a test, and have had 3.
1 - Dilution
2 - Substitution (Synthetic piss)
3 - See # 2

Just get some synthetic piss, keep on hand,,,,and enjoy a TOKE.
