Ok, I will try to make this one brief. I quit smoking at the end of October when I found out I was pregnant. I started a new job earlier this week and had to submit to a drug test. I wasn't worried because it had been over 30 days since I had smoked and for at least 3 weeks before that, I had seriously tapered my consumption. I got a call from HR this morning that I failed my drug test, that the lab had found pot in my system. I am stunned and devastated. My doctor has me on Phenergan to control my nausea, and I have read in a couple of places that it can affect a test. Does anyone here have any experience with this? How could there still be pot in my body?
