my question , if a male uses a females urine can they tell if the urine is from a male or a female and how long can you keep the urine in the case of randon tests days or weeks before you get the clean piss from the clean donor and is age an issue of the donor can they detect age of the donors clean piss.

It depends on whether they're giving you a drug test or a pregnancy test.

Drug tests don't test for gender.

A few hours at room temperature.
A couple of days in the refrigerator.
A year in the freezer.
