|  Monthly UA Hi, I have monthly UA's and am thinking about smoking marijuana a few times for about a week after my next one. I'm wondering if my next UA would come back positive or negative at my next test, approx. 3-4 weeks later. I am about 5'11" 160 pounds. I run track at my high school (so I'm practicing several times a week) and I lift weights a lot, plus I have a pretty high metabolism. Since I exercize regularly, will I be able to get all the THC out of my system before testing time? Thanks in advance, and if you need any more info let me know. |

| Who is giving you the test? We do haave posting guidelines and this request is borderline.
