Default How To Prepare For Random UA W/O sub

Hey,

Got a bomb diggity job recently... only problem is that they have random UA's. So, I haven't puffed in 4 months, but I'm dying to get ripped. I know that 1 puff would put me on my ass. So, what's the best way I can prepare if I'm gonna get the random UA.

Unfortuntaely, I live in a state that doesn't sell those sub products. Even so, I'd be afraid to use it b/c if they think u messed w/ the test, they take a hair sample.

Any advice? Vitamins, creatine, etc? What I can do around the time when I get down and the days after it?

There's no way to use dilution for random tests. You need a 48-hour abstinence at minimum for dilution to work. If you sub and get caught you're screwed - so don't get caught. There are things you can add to your sample. Check out Doping Samples.

Best advice: Don't smoke - - Jobs are hard to come by, and you love this one.

well,

i just wanted to blaze one last time.... any advice? I guess just do it on a Friday night and hope that I'm not up for random that next week?

If you haven't smoked for a long time and you smoke a moderate amount one time, it should be out of your system in a few days. With minor dilution you should be good to go on Monday.
