Hey everyone:

i have a urine test in one week and i've been a daily smoker for the past five years. I know the dilution process and it has wokred for me in the past but would working out for the next week to sweat out the toxins help? Gracias everyone

well it depends on when the last time you smoked was and if it has been at least a week then drink lots of liquid like cranberry juice water and ah somthing else that everyone tries and i dont do that one but it is vinager straight up. try one or some of those. good luck

I dont think you will get the results your looking for!!!! If you have been a daily smoker for 5 years. the odds are agianst you but try any way atleast you can always say you done something.

Actually, if I were you I would do these in order of certainty:

1 - Use synthetic / and or sub with clean pee
2 - Dilution Method
3 - Pig Out, eat at McD's 3 meals a day, and get lazy....(of course, you have stopped smoking)... this will layer clean fat over the dirty fat..... If you start working out, you're gonna release all that dirt, and you don't want to do that this close in.

what do you guys think about using a detox drink? Or maybe using unscented liquid bleach ( a few drops on the sample ). i also bought cranberry pills to clean my kidneys out. I am not sure about subbing since all of my friends and my wife smokes, help!!!!!

I have also stopped smoking and it will be about 8 days since my last smoke to the test. Ive been drinking water, taking cranberry pills, taking cleansing pills from GNC. I gotta pass this test, its for a very good job that will have me set for awhile

I thought B12 gave a false positive? And have you heard of Surejell, I talked last night to a few people who swear by it? Thanks for the info everyone.
