Red face Test Next Wednesday

Help!!

I had previously posted about my test for the FL Dept of Ed. It is getting closer and I am getting nervous. What can I do in the next few days to help? Specifically what amount of water should I drink or should I substitute my kids urine?

I am 180 lbs 5'7" and I was a HEAVY smoker for the past 12 years of high grade smoke. I have not smoked since Thanksgiving. I am so nervous!! I am totally broke so buying pee cleaner is not an option. HELP!!

i dunno what happened with your last post, but...

HAVE YOU USED A HOME THC TEST ON YOUR 1ST PISS OF THE DAY YET???
^^ because that is how to know if you're clean enough yet...

start by reading the first post of each of the following sticky threads:
SUBSTITUTION: Tips, tricks and guidelines by N2: http://www.marijuana.com/420/showthread.php?t=26485
Urine Testing Tips Commonly Asked Questions and Guidelines by Melanotaenia : http://www.marijuana.com/420/showthread.php?t=32063
The Temp on your sample if subbing: http://www.marijuana.com/420/showthread.php?t=40385
DILUTION: tips, tricks and guidelines from N2: http://www.marijuana.com/420/showthread.php?t=29426
Dilution and aspirin-- the technique: http://www.marijuana.com/420/showthread.php?t=43296

the optimal plan if your home test is positive, is to substitute, preferably with synthetic as the primary approach, but to back it up with the dilution method, just in case anything goes wrong with the sub method. the chold's urine will work too, but you have to freeze or refrigerate it to avoid spoilage, and then reheat it. get some home THC tests, some creatine, vitamin B2, gatorade, aspirin, rolaids, and synth such as quickfix4.0 that comes with the bottle and temp strip & heat pack. you can find this as well as the home THC tests for super cheap on ebay, where the THC tests are as low as 99 cents:
http://cgi.ebay.com/Quick-Fix-Pass-A...QQcmdZViewItem
http://search.ebay.com/synthetic-urine_W0QQfromZR40
http://search.ebay.com/thc-drug-test_W0QQfromZR40
http://cgi.ebay.com/3-Home-Drug-Test...QQcmdZViewItem

be sure to follow all of the steps carefully, including the 3 days of creatine supplements and the practice run and pre-testing. also practice your sub method.
hope this helps, good luck

Cool no $$ is there a cheaper way??

Yeah that just freaked me out because like I said, I am sooo broke. That is a super long list of materials and I already have to pay $60 for the background check and $30 for the drug screen and $58 for the Tuberculosis test to the Dept of Ed so I am out 150 bucks already and I haven't even started working!! YIKES. I would have to sub probably, I have a young child who has NEVER been exposed so it will be super clean and I can get it day of the test and store it in the girly parts for temp or I could drink an assload of water and try to pee myself. I am going to go and see how much an at home test is and maybe try that. I am just totally freaking out because I will be blackballed from teaching if I fail and I can't afford that!! I promised myself I would NEVER smoke again if I can just pass this test because my priorities are #1 Family #2 Job!!

OK maybe when I am on vacation away from my kid I MAY party again someday, IF I pass this test!!

Either home test yourself and find out where you stand, or start dilluting.

THC test at walgreens are 15 bucks. Read the dillution method and drink gatorade and not water.

The list of materials for the dillution method are not that expensive, maybe the creatine supplement. Most of it you probably already have at home. Just the gatorade and the creatine are the only things ya need from the store

for something this important i'd try to borrow $20 or sell/pawn something if you needed to
and thc tests are as low as .99 cents on ebay, and they have synth for as low as $7.99
of course the kids' piss is free & will work fine, and the girly parts do work well too
good luck & happy new year

I have over 200 clients (Employers) and I have never had even one ask the applicant to pay for the pre-employment tests. This is unheard of. Especially for the TB test. If a test is required by an employer, most laws state that the employer should pay. Especially if you are in a position where a TB or Hepatitus test is required.

Employers usually do require an employee who has failed a previous test, to pay for any return-to-duty or follow-up testing.

BTW, the Dept of Labor (at least in my State) requires the employer to pay for and supply any and all safety equipment required for a particular job(including testing).

Sec3 is right I missed that when reading the post, they should pay for all of the testing. At least reimburse you for it

Cool $$ up front for tests

Well, to go to orientation, your ticket to get IN is a TB test and no it is nonrefundable. I don't have a doc or insurance so I had to go to a walk-in clinic and the price ranged depending on the location. Some were as high as $120 but I found one to do it for $58. The fingerprints as pre-paid through http://www.flprints.com/ and that was actually $61 and again, nonrefundable. The same was true in Miami, so this is not strange. Then the drug test you can have automatically deducted from your first paycheck, THANK GOD!! But it is nonrefundable. I have been dealing with public schools for quite awhile now and this has been the case with all school districts. This is the first time I have taken a TB test, though. I rolled quarters so I will go get the test @ Wallgreens tomorrow to make me feel more secure.

from OCPS website:
I'm hired, What is the next step?
The school or work location secretary or supervisor will notify Personnel Services of their recommendation for employment, give you a form to have a required TB test (either skin test or chest X-ray) completed with results and direct you to attend a processing session as soon as your TB test results are received. TB tests must have a 30 day recency. The TB test form complete with negative results is your “ticket” to attend PREO (pre-employment paperwork orientation) session. For your convenience, drug testing, fingerprinting and the paperwork session will be completed at the Educational Leadership Center. Payment for the drug test can be made through payroll deduction. Drug test information will be given, forms will be completed and a urine specimen will be collected at our on-site facility in the Educational Leadership Center. Payment for fingerprinting must be arranged in advance via credit card, through the Florida DOE web site, www.flprints.com, by calling 1-877.357.7456 or by obtaining a money order, made payable to Fingerprinting Services, LLC in the amount of $61. Cash or personal checks are not accepted.
