im sure its asked all the time..but how optimistic should I be.

6"4 210, tall/skinny..small beer gut. quick metabolism, very rare smoker, maybe once a month, if that, and when I do its only 1 hit. took a hit last wednesday and will hafta do a piss test sometime next week. Im always nervous about piss tests, i hate them..there the devil. i havent been eating much lately, not sure if thats a contributing factor with anythin. I usually start drinkin water and cranberry juice a week before just to clean out n such. Been considering subbing becuase this is one I cannot fail, not like theres one you can lol.

don't smoke till then and you should be fine....drink gatorade instead of water

yeh i figure i will be but im always paranoid with them, even if i know 100% im clean I still get paranoid. I think Ive had 3-4 hits in the past 6 months and all on seperate occasions. Ill start on gatorade today so I dont overdo the water and look like im diluting.

If that is all you have had, dude you are clean. Get a home test and give yourself peace of mind. Hell you could probably pass a hair test

Ive thought about the home tests but am a little weary of there accuracy.
