and got a SUPER FAINT line, which technically is negative, but I am a little concerned how faint it is. AHHHH!! I am sooo concerned I am testing in the AM, what should I do? I am thinking substitute, but I am worried now, ok majorly FREAKING out...

It depends how sure you are of whether or not the test will be supervised. IMHO, if you decide not to sub, I would wake up a few hours prior to the test just to get that tainted morning pee out of my system. I would also drink some cranberry juice, but not too much because if the line showign up chances are you wouldnt need to dilute it too much. On the other hand, I know someone who passed 12 monitored parole tests by holding a visine bottle full of his little brother's urine under his junk...

No it is a private test, not supervised. I am just wondering the info on the @ home test says even a faint line is negative, but it SURE IS FAINT!!! I was chronic smoker for 10 + years, clean since Thanksgiving, 5'7" 175 lbs. I can get my kids pee tonight if I have to, wasn;t gonna until I saw the @ home test result soooo light!!!

If you've been weedless for over a month and are getting even a faint line on your home test, all you should need to easily pass the real test with minor dilution - probably with none at all. Just drink 24 - 36 oz of fluid a couple of hours before the test and pee a time or two.

i took a at home test this morning for the first time i didnt know what i was doing and i put too much urine in the cup and i got no results there were no lines anywhere is that good? does it mean i tested positive i have been diluting for two days i took my pre employment test this morning about a couple hours after the at home test i get the results tomorrow how are my chances of passing? i am about 5ft 7in 135lbs female with moderatly high metabolism

You did the test wrong. Try again, this time read the directions prior to using the device. You cannot put TOO MUCH urine in the cup, you can, however dip the tester TOO FAR into the urine. You should have had at least lines in the "C" level of the test strip.

The "C" level of the test is the "Control" level. A line at this level indicates that a device is working correctly.
If no lines appear at the "C" level, this renders the device invalid.
If there is a line at the "C" level and at the "T" level, this indicates a negative screening.
If there is a line at the "C" level, but no line at the "T" level, this indicates a positive ("Non-Negative" for those specimens being forwarded to a lab).
If there is a line at the "T" level, but no line at the "C" level, this indicates the device is invalid (bad).

If you dipped the device too far into the urine, you may have "washed away" all the anitbodies created by the urine against the test pad.

There is a line on the dip stick that points out the level of urine to be in the test cup, about a half inch I think. Listen to Sec3
