Okay man the first thing u need to realize is your rights as a citizen in anywhere u live. If the popo try to make u piss in a cup don't just because they say u have to doesn't mean anything and if they force it upon u have the right to take them to court and if u r in canada taking them to court could include a permit to smoke, grow, posses marijiuana.
If ur test is non popo related and u need to pass the test in order to keep ur job u could go down to ur local headshop and ask for their urine test antidote. this antidote should consist of these steps drink the sucker down take a leak wait 48 hours without tokin up and u should be clean if u smoke b 4 the 48 hours is up ur results still may come back negative the great thing about these antidotes is after the 48 hours is up u can toke again and u'll still be clean unless u start goin hardcore.
If u live in a place where u can't get these type of products what u should do is go to ur local drug store get a bottle of cough sirrup with no pseudoephedrine hydrochloride or guaifenisen make sure the only medical ingredients are dextromethorphan hydrobromide drink the cough sirrup slowly about a quarter of the bottle a day this should flush out ur system and leave it scott free i'd drink about 3 bottles in a weeks time. do not smoke until u have ur drug test

UseQuick Fix 4.0. It is a synthetic urine. You can get this either on ebay or at your local head shop. I would not use any of those magic drinks as they most of the time don't work, and you just wasted alot of money. I have never heard of using cough syrup. It's just easier for you to use quick fix. Just make sure you practice to keep the temp right.

i don't understand, you say how the doc & nurse were "cool" when you admitted using? i dunno, but seems like it kinda puts a damper on the old deniability option

also sometimes retests are observed, so read the stickies and try to be prepared to sub if possible with your dilution as backup. practice both methods and pretest yourself with a home test to verify the results in advance. i see you say you have no access to sub, and as 29yrtoker & GM posted, QF4.0 is a great option. it's only about $12 on ebay, or you may be able find a similar product on the shelf at a local headshop. also i recall that i used to think i had no access to real urine to sub with, before i learned that gender and age don't matter. hope this helps, good luck

as for the denial option---i still dont mind denying to "front" to others in office--especailly if it will get me another screen?

wonder if i say i was around it on new years and i desperately need another test to save my wc injury and most importantly my job////?????? think it will work?

Another thing to think about is now, if the first test has come up positive, and IF they let you retest, you have given them cause to do an observed test. (If they are following protocol). Substitution wouldn't work. In my OPINION, you would need to be prepared for any situation.
