okay, okay here goes. i gotta workers comp deal and they made me take a urine test, i did not know and was unprepared for it....completely unprepared and then they threw it on me.

the doc is cool though and said he wished i wouldve told him before, but now the test is already sent off. i am a habitual smoker, moderate level and i did not know what to do at all. the one lady said if i didnt pee in 2 hours, then it would be marked positive...so i pee'ed after i drank about 12 glasses of water in order to make myself pee, but idk what to do now. the cool nurse said she would call me first and that was on friday...so what to do now? if dirty, then DENY, DENY and ask for another one?

i can ask the doc for another screen and offer to pay for it out of pocket ...but what do u all think?

i am a nervous wreck and cant sleep a wink, please help!

for the record, this site is awesome. i plan to use the dilute -asprin technique if i get another chance.

how many days prior to the test did you smoke? and how much daily? of what quality chronic?

the day before, high quality, couple bowls

you might come up dilute if you drank a lot of water, did your urine come out clear? they might find thc in your system though. if they let u retest, take a clean sample to sub with

i drank 10 to 12 8 oz paper cups of water bc i knew i needed to do something, u know? pee was yellow, not bright though...

asprin-gatorade remedy is me only choice, no access 2 clean urine--- will this work?

Workers' Comp doctors work for the insurance company. If they let you retest, SUB.
