I have a Military drug test coming up on thr 14th, I imagine it will be pretty extensive so I have a few questions....
I am 6'1 180lbs--not a lot of fat but not a lot of muscle.

The last time I smoked weed habitually was the 20th of august,
I was completely clean up until the 25th of october when I took one big hit. Got pretty stoned.
I smoked like 4 bowls of peyote out of a bong with a fairly well resinated bowl on the first of this month but no actual weed.

for the last week or so, I have been drinking about a gallon of water a day but minimal physical activity and not a very balanced diet (college food). Also, I have been taking a multi-vitamin with 50mg of niacin every day. I plan on doing this up until the UA. which is one week from wedsenday

Now, my question is...what are the odds of me passing, also, what else could I do to better those odds.

any adivce would be usefull...and spare me the "you shouldn't have smoked" reply cuz it already happened.

Well I got some advice, workout boost you metabolism with you taking niacin it will help color your pee and the niacin cleans your body through your pores when you work out your body cleanses it self through pores relasing all the bad stuff in your body. That is why they test hair for drugs, the follicles relases all the bad stuff, just like your pores.

And if you haven't smoke since aug. 20 that is even better it takes usally 48 hours to get clean if you don't over due it and healthy, and if you smoke like once a month. I read all this stuff in Health magazines and researched alot of this stuff lately.

Just keep what you are doing you should be fine just boost your metabolism you should be cool.

okay so im kinda in the same situation...well not really. okay ihave my MEPS test on tuesday(tomorrow)....wait first of all im 5-9 146 pnds i was a heavy user for 2 years.. i stopped smoking for a month about 3 months ago...but there was a period of 2 weeks were i smoked everyday wich was recently...i havnt smoked anything in about 1 1/2 weeks..iv been takind 3 500mg pills of niacin everyday for 5 days , iv drank a gallon of water everyday for 3 days...and my last home test came up with a very very faint second line if your familiar with that type of test( 2 lines means im clean)...anyway my test is tomorrow and im very fuckin nervous...what do you think my odds are?? basically its been 1 week and 5 days since i smoked...
