New to this forum, but I've read the whole thing (feels like it anyway). Anyhow, I am male, 5'11", 200lbs, strong physique but mediocre metabolism. I've been a regular smoker, though small amounts. Roughly a joint a day, sometimes taking a week or so off but more or less every day. Haven't smoked anything but low grade schwag for a long time.
I have an upcoming pre-employment test. I can schedule the test for 8 days or 10 days since I stopped smoking alltogether. First question: is the 2 days going to make a big difference?
I'm 4 days from the first possible test date. I started creatine loading last night. I'm also eating red meat every day until test date.
I bought powdered gatoraide which I plan on mixing at two to three times regular strength with salt on test morning. I'll be taking B complex and asprin as well. How much triple strength gatoraide can I safely drink without coming up dilluted? As I said, I am creatine loading and I'll be taking salt and asprin as well. Do I have a good chance of passing? Is it iffy?
I can sub I suppose, I'm just really nervous about it. I have a clean and willing source, but test site is a long way away and I'm concerned about temp. Being caught subbing would have a devestating effect on my entire future. I have to spare the details, but subbing would have extremely serious consequences (beyond not getting the job).
Sorry for the length of the post, but do I have a prayer with dillution? How much can I dillute?

Take vitamin B2 instead, thats the one that will give you the color. Just follow the guidelines on dillution on the Gatorade and home test. Yes 2 extra days will probably help also. The more time clean the better
