hey i have read of posts on here and i understand all the methods of subing and keeping it warm. i have seen CDL and DOT drug testing info, but what i was wondering is if anyone knows if apprentice schools/union drug tests are observed or not. i understand that pre-employment tests cant be observed unless its a re-test or if you are on paroll , but due to the fact that this is for a school/union dose anyone know if that they watch you? PLEASE HELP

PS i am currently doing my practice runs with my thrmo and water and to tell you the truth its kinda fun practicing beating the system. but i am also not smoken and planing on diluting as a back up.

I went threw apperenticeship for an Journeyman Wireman and they did not watch us, even for jobsite testing.

IF... your tester is following protocol, they shouldn't "observe" a drug test (void) unless you first give them cause. Cause is determined by: Off color or off temp urine, a device or adulterant or substitute is seen, not following instruction (deliberatly), excessive or unusual noise, etc.).
