Ive smoked weed about 3-4 times in my life...the 3rd time was on the week of Jan 1 and the latest was Jan 5, I have a urine test on Tuesday, Jan. 17 which is 12 days since the last time I smoked, I am 6'4 200 lbs and I have a high metabolism and I am in great shape because I lift often, my diet is very good too, my question is should I even bother diluting since I am such an infrequent user of weed? What do u recommend?

Edit: I take creatine daily as a part of my training and lifting routine and I also consume about a gallon of water a day for my health.

It is over 10 days since your encounter. Your test is Tuesday, am,or pm?
Just drink a good amount of water during the day...1 glass 12 oz. per hour.
this will keep the urine watery enough to pass your situation, but not be to diluted, to warrant any doubts. I do not think you'd fail anyways.

Be on the safe side...Gatorade instead of water....you'll be fine!

Thanks guys I think I will be taking Gatorade every hour and even take 4 aspirins before the test....do you even need to take b2 vitamin if u drink large amounts of gatorade before the test?

you should take it to be on the safe side...the b2 adds color....the gatorade has to do with specific gravity i believe...it won't hurt ya to take it so ya might as well
