Great forum, have been lurking and registered.
Heavy user, went light for 4 weeks, quit for 2.
Passed home tests.
I can also substitute.
I have a drug test coming up in the next three days.
What would you do?

if you pass a home test than u should be fine with little or no dilution

when I passed it was after drinking 2 glasses of watered down cran juice.
i have been taking creatine.
It sure seems like I got clean fast for as much as i was smoking for sooo long.

If you know you can sub, that's the way to go.
