Okay guys, here's the deal. I've been clean for 6 days, light but regular smoker for two years (about a joint of schwag a day). I weigh 200lbs, 5'11", moderate metabolism (golf is only exercise, plus walking in hilly town). I have an upcoming test, and I decided to use dilution.
I know the idea is to use the at home tests on your first void of the day, first part of stream because it's the most concentrated. However, I didn't do that because I'm fairly certain I'd come up positive after only a week clean. I just home tested my second void after drinking a quart and a half of water. It's evening, and I've been creatine loading all day and drinking some water, but not lots. Anyway, I'm excited to see two bright pink lines and a negative result. I know dillution will work for me.
So, now the only concern is duplicating this result on test day (2 or 4 days, my choice) without coming up dilute. I'll drink heavily mixed gatorade with salt instead of water. I'll continue the creatine program at full force. I'll be taking asprin on test day as well, and following N2's guidelines.
Hopefully I didn't waste my money on a test that I just took dilluted, but I knew I wouldn't pass on the first void of the day. I just want to know that I can accomplish it with dilution. So far so good, got 4 more days to chill out and fatten up, then it's hello-new job.
I'll keep everyone posted on how everything goes, I may even buy another test and not dilute as much. Thanks again everyone, this site is a wonderful resource.
