i have a camp physichal on the 1 of feburary i havent smoked often at all but i did just this weekend i have intense workouts every day except saturdays because i wrestle and i eat lots of red meat i was wondering if i just need to drink a **** ton of water or something to get it out of my system and do they usualy test for thc on a camp physichal? i really need help so feedback would be appriceated greatly

edit i weigh 138 pounds and am at 8 percent body fat and am around 5 11

Drinking ton of water, will do no good.... Read the threads.... Dilution works when done the day of the test.... You can dilute, substitute... as said many times on this site.... test yourself to see if you will indeed fail. If that say's yes, then prepare to dilute the day of test, or buy some synthetic.

is there any methods for detox that was my real question i cant find any that help and i dont know if my curcumstances will allow for dilution without it being noticed

Look back at whatever forms you had to sign. If the physical includes a drug test, they were required by law to make you sign a wavier.

Most physicals do not test for drugs.

thanks man that helps alot so are u sure they have to and would i get this sheet right before the physichal or should i already have it

A physical usually means just that, no drug test. You sound like you are in good shape with high metabolism... I would use N@ diluyion method just in case they do test you. They have to get you to sign something authorizing them to check for drugs. I signed it right before peeing for them, so you may not have signed it yet. Wy don;t you call the place they are sending you to and ask. You dont have to say your name and they will tell you if they drug test.
