How much double strength gatorade can one drink before getting a diluted result? What if this person has been loading creatine for 5 days? Screen is tomorrow, PLEASE help me with any information you have! I passed a test earlier this week after drinking a quart of water, failed one yesterday with concentrated urine (no fluids for 3 hours of golf other than an 8oz glass of water). How much can I get away with if I'm taking creatine and mixing it twice as strong as the instructions say?

I have pretty much the exact same question, and am taking a test tomorrow as well. Any input would be much appreciated.

razzo, be careful if you do the double strength gatorade. I'm practicing right now and I feel sick! Too much stuff in it I guess, probably going to mix it just slightly stronger than reccomended tomorrow. I can't imagine how the asprin would make me feel on top of this. I failed a home test with concentrated urine yesterday, I'll let you know how my test today goes after I get into the groove here in a while. I'm going to test once I've voided about 3 or 4 times without asprin. I figure if I pass that, and my urine is reasonably colored, I'm home free tomorrow.

By the way, I've been told the test I'm going to take is a "7 panel." Anyone know what that means other than testing for 7 substances? Is it still an EMIT?
