Well i figured i'd post this question in a new thread seeing the old one is closed...

Is there an expiration on the home tests? I'm wondering if i buy a few off of ebay if they will end up expiring...and if so how long are they usually good for?

every test I have ever bought have an expiration date printed on the label. Usually they are good for 2 years.

Sec3, you are an overabundance of wonderful knowledge....and it's SOOOOO appreciated by all (yes this i think i can speak for everyone on). I knew there had to be one....just didn't want to have to go to the store to find out to come home and then buy em off ebay....although i really don't think i even need one at this point...considering i've done one hit in 7 1/2 weeks...but i'll be job hunting w/in 3 months of having the baby...so i can play with the dilution method...and what i don't use i can just send to someone on here that needs em

And GM....ya gotta know a day isn't complete till you've learned something new....keeps me gettin up every morning!

Hi oneluv. You ought to freeze up some samples while you are clean

to use for that job interview.

What would you suggest to be the best kind of container to put it in should i do that...which is an awesome idea....cause i swear the second this kid gets out everything will be back to normal...even splurged yesterday and bought a new dugout and one of those spacegrinder things...when i quit i got rid of EVERY bit of paraphernalia down to the pack of zigzags. I haven't even taken a home test yet...i'm going to order 5 of em off ebay...don't think i'd need more...don't even think i need that many but you get an extra 2 for 3 bucks...and just seems logical to get em now that i know i have about a 2 year time frame with em. I swear with one hit in 8 weeks I'D BETTER BE CLEAN BY NOW!!!!

Okay so yeah through all that rambling (god i'm such a chick) back to the question at hand...what kind of container should i freeze some samples in?

I would put at least 2 oz maybe a little more in a clean bottle that will give it some room for expansion. I would hate to have one freeze and bust in the freezer

Hell put 4-5 in just in case you find a better job, it is good in the freezer for a little over a year.

my friend is getting home drug tested, and the dip stick and testing cup both expired in 2004, will the tests still work or should he not worry
