Default quick 5-pannel question

just took a 5 pannel pre-emp screen at a hospital. They told me that they do NO TESTING on site, they just collect and send it off. Does this tell me anything about whether the cutoff for cannaboids is 50ng/ml? If it is, I'm reasonably sure I passed with dillution, and I'll post results and method used. If it's lower, I'm probably screwed. I did the asprin thing too, so if it's EMIT I imagine my chances will be even better. Does 5 pannel tell you any of this stuff, or just that they test for 5 substances? Please ease my worried mind!

The answer to all your questions is on your copy of the Custody and Control form that you signed. You should have received a copy.

Default 5 pannel

I've read over the carbon copy a few times, and it doesn't say anything about the test type that tells me what the cutoff is. It has a spot for them to check either "799452 799452 5 drug-bond" (which they did check) or "794388 drug abuse prof, ur, 7 drugs" which they did not. I wonder if "bond" is a reference to EMIT since it has something to do with chemical bonding right? Anyway, that's all the form has to say about tests required by employer. Does this tell me anything?

I've seen different amounts of recommended aspirin. How much should be taken, again?

The cutoff level should be on there somewhere if it is a 50 ng it should say on there somewhere like 5/50 [5 panel with a 50 ng cutoff]

Yeah, I understand that, but it doesn't say it...anywhere. I promise, I've read the carbon copy ad-nauseum, and it doesn't say anything other than what I've posted.

If they sent the sample to a lab, and did not test right then (instant type), then from the info you have given me, I would GUESS that it is a 5 panel test. It is important that you also say which lab. The lab name should be at the VERY top left hand corner of the CCF. Without the lab name, I cannot call and ask what that lab's specific code stands for. (e.g.: if there is a CG/MS, MRO, split or single collection, etc.).

I'll post that information today around 6p.m., central standard time. Probably a little bit before then. Thanks sec, although I'm supposed to get the results today (apparently they work over the weekend), so hopefully I'll just be posting positive results!
