Hello folks,
I've been smoking since i was 16, more or less non stop, and now im 22. I got a DUI a few years ago, then an alcohol related reckless driving. strangly enough im really not much of a drinker.... regardless ive been ordered into an outside program and i opted for the 5 wek excelerated program. I had no idea that involved a drug test each session i attended till after i signed up. So i have my first drug test a week from today and then mon wed and friday for the next 5 weeks. Im 5'3/4" tall, about 100lbs wet. i have a pretty high metoboloism but ive been slaken in my workouts (although for obvious reasons i worked out like a mo fo today) I smoke wed in the morning and again at night. The past week or so ive smoked less then usual for some reason but before that i was smoking a small blount of cron daily. i live in a college town an ive hit bout every head shop looking for a cleanser that was permanant, but to no avail. ive seem omni around and a few other. ive read much stuff on the site, but id appriciate any advice.

Follow the dillution guidlines and home test and then just quit for the 5 weeks and home test and dillute if need be before each meeting until you are clean. Check first piss of the day to see if you are clean without dilllution
