is there anything that a doctor can prescribe?...my uncle is a doctor...and another crazy question does a colonocopy get rid of your toxins

THC is locked into your fat...it can't be simply gotten rid of in one day.
A colonoscopy or enema would not be of any help.
Spend some time reading all the stickies and a lot of threads if you want to pass a urine test.

Nothing a doctor can prescribe other than a pint-sized container of someone else's clean, warm urine can help you pass a drug test. It is a little known fact that the HIV medication efavirenz (Sustiva) is known for producing false-positive urine results for marijuana, so if you happen to be on that med you may skim by; but if there was any question they'd do a blood THC test on you anyway. So the answer remains no. Your uncle will be of no help to you.

I think Marinol will show up as a positive but a GC/MS can distinguish between the 2
