I am 6 feet tall and weight 155 pounds. I know that the test will not be with in the next week, but I can't use the subtitution method because it's a surprize test. So, basicly I have 7 days to get this out of my system. I only smoked three within the last 10 days (once a day for the last three days) Before those 10 days I smoked 2-3 times a day for 3-4 months. Is this 7 days I have long enough to get me to pass a test without doing anything? Should I drink lots of water for the next week? Will the asprin method work if I do it now and take the test 7+ days later?

Seven days isn't enough time for a chronic smoker like you. You'll need to use a dilution technique. Drinking lots of water doesn't do anything for you until the night before the test. Dilution works be increasing the volume of your urine, thereby reducing the concentration of THC metabolites.

So pretty much the only thing I can do is get some asprin and drink water the night/day of the test?

Did yo mean to say SUPERVIZED or SURPRISE. If you know of the test and it is coming up with-in 7 days, it cannot be a surprise.

I ment surprise, I know I will not be tested within the next 7 days, but it could be any amount of time from a week to a month, whenever they tell me.

If that's true..how on earth will you know to drink water and take aspirin the night of the test?? LOL

Get some quick fix and a heating pad and wear it in your sock religiously til this is over and smoke away.

Exactly my problem. I figure I'll drink a lot of water daily for a while... Where can I get quick fix?
