I just talked to my buddy who works in human resources for a big company and he told me he knows for a fact that if someone fails for mariuana and passes all the other drugs they let them start working...has anyone ever heard of this

This seems rather unlikely to me. The primary reason that companies drug test is to get lower premiums on their liability and health insurance. Giving jobs to people who test positive for drugs could be extremely costly. I believe it would also constitute fraud against their insurance companies, which is a criminal offense.

I'm guessin that companies don't qualify any of the types and simply Yay or nay accross the board standards produced by some useless lawyer phuk who probably took Pot shotguns while being blown by a fairy with boots, anyways.
Companies don't break it down they just try and save money by gettin on the bandwaggon which has been built on falacy by way of fixed scientific study which achieves the WANTED result. Sorry fella. I wish folks would venture on making an intelligent move like that.

I doubt they'll hire you, because of insurance.
