I have to take a urine test within the next few days. I was a chronic smoker until about 3 weeks ago. I took an At Home test 1 week ago and couldn't tell if there was a line or not. Followed N2's dillution technique and passed another 2 days later. (Great work by the way) Today I found out that their policy is if my test comes back dilute I'm screwed. So I took another test today without diluting and could barely (and I mean barely) see the line. Will N2's guidlines give me a dilute result? Does dilution work as well with lab tests? Any other ways to ensure I won't come back diluted?
I have been taking creatin for 4 days now, also took tums, vitamin B2, and aspirin along with Gatorade instead of water before second test. I think the results will be sent directly to a lab. I must go to a facility to be watched and then they are to send it directly back to lab (work for Medical company) so substitution is out.
Also, they stated that i can pay to include a blood sample. What would be the benifit (if any) of giving blood and urine? I now have about 24 hours until the test so any quick help would be excellent. Thanks.

sounds like my situation. Good start on the creatine, go buy some beef for dinner tonight. If you saw a line without dilution, and I mean any line at all, then you're good supposedly. Subbing is out of the question you said, so it sounds like you have to dilute. You should be okay with N2's method, just scale it back a little bit. Be sure to take asprin as well. I'm waiting on a result using N2's method plus some extra fluid, so I'll let you know if I came up diluted. Good luck man, I hate it for you. This testing buisness is no fun.

The dilution techniques we publish are designed to not produce a dilute test result. Dilution is a balancing act. More is not necessarily better. You need to dilute enough to get your THC metabolites concentration below the test threshold without diluting so much that you throw the specific gravity and creatine levels outside normal ranges. The gatorade/salt and creatinine parts of the protocol are to keep that from happening, but it is always possible to dilute so much that it doesn't work.

Dilution method didn't work. Test came back diluted even thoug i followed method to the T. A new post is available with more info. Works great on cup tests, unfortunately not lab tests...

That's why substitution is SO MUCH SMARTER.

you can get urine validity test strips to test your urine for too much dilution though.

Passing a urine test really is kind of an intelligence screen.

Substitution would have been great had I had a bunch of cash for a fake dong or they didn't watch me. They weren't smart enough to keep it a secret that I would be watched, but unfortunately, they were smart enough to watch. I wish I could substitute like lots of people do but that wasn't an option. I will be retested even though they said they wouldn't so hopefully things will work this time around. I will keep posted...
