Unhappy Be careful if diluting!
I just got a call from my future employer. I used the dilution method recommended here and the lab test came back diluted. I followed the method to the T also including Gatorade, salt, tums, creatine, niacin, vitamin B2 and aspirin. I got a call today that it was diluted and luckily I can retest. Any suggestions on how not to get this result would be helpful. My next test will be on Mon. or Tues. Luckily it will be about a month since I stopped smoking so I will try to pass this one with normal piss. I wil keep posted on how things turn out.

A dilute result indicates that your specific gravity and/or creatinine levels were outside normal ranges.

Niacin is not part of our dilution protocol. Whose guidelines were you following? Niacin doesn't do anything to help you pass a UA.

Niacin was at the beginning, 4 hours before UA and it was only one so it shouldn't have made a difference anyways, I don't think that's why it was diluted. I'm just saying to be very careful when diluting because it is possible to get a diluted result just as it is posted many times before. The work on this site has helped me pass many panel tests before but lab tests can be trickier, that is all.
