I hope someone can help me. I had been clean for several months and then two weeks ago had four skunk joints. I am away from home at the moment and live in a clean house and will probably be tested when i return. I have been drinking a lot of juices and am a tea addict. I am not especially overweight. I have been taking double multi vitamins every day. I may be able to stretch going back to three weeks if I have to. It was a silly thing to do in view of the consequences but I allowed myself to be in a situation where I found myself not as strong as I thought. I would appreciate any feedback.

Get a home test and see. It might take 3 to 4 days for you to pass without dillution

After reviewing your post, You live in a clean house, means drug free, right?
Dillute, because they will test you, before you can live there again.

start taking creatine so they can't tell how diluted your sample is.

Unless it's a Hospital, with Drug free Housing, I only see them test there. Do you think a 5 Panel?
