|  whiz quiz I took a couple of hits off a joint and then three days later I had to take a whiz quiz.I don't smoke alot anymore,usually once or less per month some times not at all for months at a time.I drink huge amounts of coffee and urinate frequently,at least ounce an hour. The sample I provided was from my seventh or eighth urination of the day.I am slim and get plenty of exercise.Any thoughts on the odds of my passing this test? Thanks |

| You'll be fine, I think. A couple of hits on a clean system will be cleared in a day or two. You might want to cut down on your liquid intake before the test to avoid a dilute result. You can have a dilute result even if you haven't smoked at all. If the concentration of creatinine or specific gravity is out of normal ranges your test will come back "dilute". This can happen just from drinking a lot of water.
