|  Probation and Drug Testing I am currently on probation in Michigan for a non-drug related offence. My charges have been diverted and one of my terms of probation is no use of drugs or alcohol. I haven't smoked weed in four years but I am interested in starting again. I have had three meetings with my PO and haven't been drug tested. I am only asked if I have used drugs or alcohol since the last meeting and drug tests are not a term of my probation. If I was given one I would currently pass. My question is can they or will they ever drug test me? I report once a month and the only time I think they might test me is when I go in. I am considering calling my PO to ask but I dont want to tip her off. Also, I’m 6'1 142lbs with a fast metabolism. Would it be ok to smoke once before I go in next month? How long would it take to clear my system? Thoughts?? |

| You could do that if you are certain that you won't be randomly tested. One-time smoking will test positive only for a few days.
