| I'd REALLY appreciate some suggestions regarding an upcoming pre-employment drug test - am sorta naive about these things. Me: I probably smoked 6 times w/in a two weeks period; it'd been months prior to that. I'm 5'10, about 175 lbs. and run daily. I have to take the test in two weeks and want to know what detox methods would be the best for me - there are so many different regiments and elixers that people swear by. What's the deal with Cranberry products? Gatorade? herbal detox teas? Thanks... |

| Test yourself first... get a test kit.... you might have nothing to worry about... If you fail the home test, then dilute or substitute.... methods listed in those threads. ![]() |

| You'll probably be just fine with the dilution method. Read my post in the results thread. Also, pre-emp tests are apparently rarely observed. Subbing is always a good bet. If you aren't going to sub, start loading up on creatine a week before the test, and continue to test day. If you do that, and drink gatorade on the day of the test (with asprin and tums), you won't come out diluted and you won't test positive. Forget about drinking anything other than your normal fluid intake now, it won't help. Also, stop exercising and fatten up 4 days before the test. |
