and I'm nervous as hell about it. I smoked daily (1-2 bowls a day), quit sunday and I already have purchased Quick Fix 4.0. Thinking about buying 2 more, 1 to practice with and the other as backup. Judging by all the research I've done, this seems to be the best way. Dilution just seems a little bit too nerve racking for me.

Since this is a pre-emp test my question is...has anyone here ever been supervised for a pre-emp urine drug test?

My other question is...has QF 4.0 ever failed for anyone? I want to be as close to 100% as possible in passing this test. This job is basically my dream job and it was a spur of the moment interview and offer, so I really didn't have time to prepare. Any suggestions? any tips? Thanks.

You won't fail with Quick Fix 4.0. Practice with water in another container, like a shampoo bottle. If you are testing the temp, just leave the Quick Fix in it's original bottle. It can be reheated

Some have, most have not. BTW, FYI: The term you want to use is "Observed" not "Supervised". We only watch you pee in the cup, we do not instruct you in how to do it.

Excuse my use of the wrong term...anyways this is a regular pre-emp test so i'm assuming I probably won't be OBSERVED, but i have prepared for it just in case.

I was also thinking about trying to sneak in 2 bottles (in case the temp on one of them isn't right), but I'm noticing some extra buldge in my pants plus I'm finding that it's not that comfortable. I think if practice I shouldn't have a problem with just 1 bottle.

However, I do have another question about the amount the bottle holds. How much urine is usually required for a test? If I use half the bottle will this be enough?

The MOST any employer has EVER required of me to date is 60mL of urine. This is a Non-DOT regulated, very large (over 250 stores) hardware chain.

Some, (like the 2nd largest US department store chain) only require 30mL of urine. Everyone else is somewhere between.

I've read ALL of the sub posts over and over again, lol. I was a girl scout, so my train of thought still, to this day, is to always be prepared. I just wondered what sec thought since she collects specimens....
