hello all glad to find this site.... ok... i was a heavy smoker for years. I quit about 2 weeks ago when i a temp to hire job. i have been drinking water and cranberry juice, I recently started taking green tea fat burner pills buthave read that they arent helping. i weigh about 108lbs. and am 5'7. metabolism is fairly high. i am 34 years old. i like this job and make good money. really dont know exactly when test will be but sure it will not be any later than the 28th and probably will be sooner than that. but am sure i wont be clean in time. was considering user substitue urine from another but the only trusted clean person i can find is a male and i am female. can they tell the diffference thru labcorp? and they observe ? what are my chances in passing with my own you think? really cant afford any detox drinks and such yet what can i do? HELP PLEASE!!!!!?????

NO detox drinks...they are bad news. Two weeks does not sound like a long time, considering you were/are a heavy smoker.

You have two options, sub with QF or friend's urine OR dilute.

I think he is learning the ropes Just read the dillution method and use Gatorade instead of water and start creatine loading now and use B2 for color instead of a B-Complex. It takes the body a few days to convert the creatine into creatinine which is what they actually test for along with the Ph and Specific Gravity for the integrity check.

ok im sorry but am very nervous relly need to pass so what is creatine and how do i get it ? when should i take it? and i take this with the tums or rolaids and the aspirin? should i do this instead of the friends sample? i relly hate to bother but just want to be sure. and i take the creatine a day or two before the test? , but im not sure when the test is , they say will let me know i have 48 or 24 hours "but will they really"? and i take the aspirin and rolaids or tums when?
