| Hi Guys, I've read both N2's and S2's threads on dilution and practiced and they seem to work very well for me, however, the testing I am worried about would be a suprise and there wouldnt be much time to prepare. I have a simple question about my situation. For about 4-5 months prior to January 28th, I smoked about 2-3 times a week fairly steadily. On January 28th, I was signed to a semi-pro sports team and stopped completely. Did not smoke for 21 days, and was participating in about 2-3 hours of extremely intense physical activity 5 days a week. I have been an active athlete all my life. This has continued up until today, but on February 17th I had 3 hits. The level of activity has remained very intense. I am about 6'3 and weigh about 190lbs, body fat around 11%. I have been trying to detox , etc. and I understand the testing process for urine. I was just wondering an educated opinion on how long until I should be safe for urine testing? Also, are there any special foods, or drinks, etc. which I should be taking in.Thanks alot guys-much appreciated. |
