Hi Guys,

I've read both N2's and S2's threads on dilution and practiced and they seem to work very well for me, however, the testing I am worried about would be a suprise and there wouldnt be much time to prepare. I have a simple question about my situation. For about 4-5 months prior to January 28th, I smoked about 2-3 times a week fairly steadily. On January 28th, I was signed to a semi-pro sports team and stopped completely. Did not smoke for 21 days, and was participating in about 2-3 hours of extremely intense physical activity 5 days a week. I have been an active athlete all my life. This has continued up until today, but on February 17th I had 3 hits. The level of activity has remained very intense. I am about 6'3 and weigh about 190lbs, body fat around 11%. I have been trying to detox , etc. and I understand the testing process for urine. I was just wondering an educated opinion on how long until I should be safe for urine testing? Also, are there any special foods, or drinks, etc. which I should be taking in.Thanks alot guys-much appreciated.

You are going to have to sub, if you can't prepare. Take and carry Quik Fix 4.0 with you at all times

This type of urine test would be intense. We are talking about someone staring directly at what you are doing the entire time, subbin isnt really an option. Thanks though. Maybe quick fix is the answer then. Any opinion on how long til Im free and clear naturally??

Do you have any idea when your test is? My gut tells me that you're already clean at this point. Of course abstain until the test. If the test isn't this week then go on ebay and buy some simple home urine drug test strips, they'll be at your home in two days. If negative, relax. If positive, dilute, sounds like you know how to do it. Being very athletic you probably have a high urine creatinine and so don't run much risk of gettign a diluted sample. If the test is within a day or two, dilute and pray, but my gut does tell me you're prob already clean. Good luck.
PS. Are you at liberty to say what sport?

My test would either be sometime this weekend, likely Sunday (Feb. 26th), or the following weekend after that (Mar.3,4). Thanks alot.
