I just received notice from my new job that I am going to have to pass a drug test. I am about 6' 170/175lbs. I am a casual smoker at best. I used to visit these forums allot (was comfortablynumb) but I forget my old password and email that I used. Haven't been around since 2002.

Anyway I have not heard what type of test I am going to be taking so I really need to take into account all tests for now. I last smoked 2 days ago, found out about the test yesterday. I generally just smoked with friends and participated in about 3 bowls/joints a week at most. I told my new employer I need to give a 2 week notice at my current job, then my first week I will be out of town for training. So I figure I have 3 good weeks to clean out my system.

Obviously I am not going to touch anything for the next three weeks but I was wondering which test would I have to be most concerned with. From what I read here so far it seems urine and hair seem to be the two that last the longest. I have already started a heavy water diet with alot of red meats. Overall I am pretty thin with little body fat.

So I was looking for a few opinions on which tests I should focus on and also if I should pick up some Golden Seal from GNC (as a friend suggested). Generally for a casual smoker how long would it take to clear my system (hair/urine/blood/saliva) If I read correctly it looks like just a few days for blood and saliva which I will certainly cover. Is Urine about 30 days, and Hair about 90 days? Also should I think about cutting my hair or just use the vinger, tide, etc method posted in the other forum?

Basically this is the first drug test I have ever had to take and though I have never been a heavy smoker I am concerned about the test.

Well I got the form my employer sent me and it has the test I am going to have to take listed as....

35536N SAP 10-50/300 GC/MS

Does this mean anything to anyone?
