Hi everyone. It has been 18 days since i last smoked. Was regular daily smoker before that for about 10 years. I fell for it and ordered one of those 5 day detox kits and it DID NOT WORK (I even followed that vile diet to a T)!!! I have the xxtra clean detoxify brand-keep you clean for five hours drink and plan to use it in case of emergency. Not sure when test will be, but it's coming and I am worried. I have read about diluting and since that crap I ordered didn't work, I now trust NOTHING. I am freaking out. Any advice or verbal valium is greatly appreciated. Wonder when I'll be clean on my own (million dollar question). I have read every thread on this site and just needed some sound advice....grillmeats you have a lot of educated things to say...any advice for me? I don't want to have to sub...too risky. 18 days and counting......have made myself sick worrying about this. Hoping I can put it off for a couple more weeks but am just wishful thinking...it's coming. Will my 5 hour drink show up as something shifty in the urine test? Help..am freaking. Try one of the dilution methods with a home test, if you do it right you will pass.

Practice some to ease your mind. The home tests are accurate if you are receiving the standard urine test.
