Well, I got caught. I am going into the court with NA meetings everyday along with walking in there with clean pee. The last time I smoked was on the 21st of Febuary. Since then, I have been in two instances that smoke has been in the car that I was in. (two hotboxes) I didnt rip off the blunt but im sure it effects somewhat. I have smoked everyday since last summer at least once a day. The days leading up to my last consisted of a few (3-6) 2-4 gram dank chronic blunts. My attorney wants me to do a test on the 14th of march. My actual court date is the 29th. Any thoughts on the possibility of testing clean before the 14th would be greatly appreciated.

Oh I am around 5'10 and 145 pounds. I started working out today and will continue to do so Monday through Friday. Mostly to gain muscle but I will use the sauna and steam room while I am there. I drink lots of water to begin with. Along with gatorade. Probably 3 maybe 4 bottles of 16 ounce waters. and 1-2 red plastic party cups of gatorade

Are you sure that you actually need to be NEGATIVE for the first test or two?

Obviously the court knows you have been smoking mj or they wouldn't have ordered you to NA meetings. Some people get tested to show the levels of THC are actually going down from week to week. If they know you smoke, they should expect you to test positive for at least the first weekly test or two. After that, the THC levels should be going down or be non-existant.

I am assuming your went to court (arraignment)with-in the past month.

They did not order me to have any NA meetings or to get clean. The arraignment was handled by my attorney. Im a free man from everything until we get our plea. I just stopped smoking and started going to na meetings to show the judge im motivated to get this over with

I think you are right. They will watch the levels go down

I cannot see you retaining a lot of THC in your non-existant fat cells. Everyone is different, but I think you might be ok on the 14th of March. I admire your initiative in getting clean without the court telling you. Good luck to you.
