Would two weeks of taking Constant Cleanse 3x a day and drinking a ton of water, and working out and sweating like crazy in the morning clear me of THC for a urine test? I have some Ready Clean for the day-of just in case, but would I really need it? I heard from some people that Ready Clean can cause inconclusive tests sometimes.

There is nothing, I repeat, nothing that removes THC metabolites from your system, other than time and exercise. You can spend $50 - $100 on "magic drinks" and not do any better than you could with vitamins, aspirin, and Gatorade. Many people do worse because of the false claims of the manufacturers. The money-back guarantees are not any kind of insurance that the goop works. People who have applied for their money back are usually told that they must have done something wrong for the stuff to fail.

The exercise is good, but quit three days before the test. Lie around and pig out. It slows down the release of the THC metabolites and gives you time to eliminate what's floating around in your bloodstream.

OK.... But accoring to MY methods (which I know works because I talked to a few people in a detox shop where all they sell and all they know is detox), will I be OK for the test?

People in the "detox shop" are happy to sell you all kinds of expensive crap because they get rich doing it. Yeah, it will probably work but you're going to a lot of expense and trouble that you could avoid. If it works, it works because of dilution. Nothing else. There is nothing that removes THC metabolites from your system other than time and fat-burning exercise.

There's really no point in doing anything but exercise until three days before the test and stay normally well-hydrated. For the last three days, no exercise, pig out, load creatine. Start dilution the night before the test by drinking large quantities of Gatorade with salt. Follow our dilution guidelines:

Ok, well here's my story. I live in the midwest and I'm taking my first drug test ever that has been required by an employer. I'm 22 years old, 5'6", 150lbs, and I walk around constantly at my job as a bartender at Crapplebee's. I'm interviewing for this new job and they want to drug test me at pre-employment. I have officially not smoked or been consistantly near anyone who smokes for a month now (well...about 29 days, and I have my test on the 2nd of March). I have a very fast metabolism because I'm small and thin and constantly moving around. I drink tons of coffee in a day in addition to water and juice and have a small bladder to begin with. Given all this info, I should pass, right? I have read so much about the chemistry of drug testing over these last few weeks and I'm pretty sure that I'm good. Does anyone, though, have any advice as to any further steps I should take? In other words, is dilution even warranted in my case or would this be overkill and just subject me to the possibility of over-diluting an already clean sample? Advice would be welcome and thanks to all for your time.

That's all i needed to know. but yeah i see your point. next time around i'll use your method instead of spending money when i dont need to. although, i will be dreading the gatorade with salt.

You drink gatorade with a little salt, you shouldn't have to taste the salt

Wow........ Wizard here... Haven't posted in a while... cause I see the same questions being asked hundreds of times, and , the poor moderators answering the SAME questions over and over and over..
