Hey, this is my first post so bear with me. I have religiosly read N2's advice on diluting and thanks to his and other advice on this site im left with only one question regarding the method. first some background though. i havent smoked for about a week in a half, and before that had abstained for a week or 2. i didnt smoke much. in 2 days i have a physical exam which includes a drug test. im fairly sure US military does a urine test, so i plan to use N2's delution method, but the problem is that i need to show up at the place at 4:45am and my recruiter said i wont be done until noon. thats a huge window of time to keep my urine diluted because i dont have any idea at which point during those 7 or so hours i will be tested. will dilution last that long? i assume i could just could keep heading to the drinking fountain, but i think that would be somewhat suspicious considering that would also mean i would have to keep heading to the bathroom aswell. any advice you could give me would be greatly appreciated.

Go to the testing site, tell the collector that you have to pee RIGHT NOW and you cannot hold it for another 5 minutes. They just might let you take your urine test at that time, rather than make you wait. It is possible that you might be able to determine the time of collection that way. It is not certain, but worth a try.

thank you much man, that was much needed advice. i also got a bit of peace of mind when i took an at home drug test today and passed completely un diluted. im hoping that means ill pass tommorrow because if i dont get in the coast guard im homeless. thanks again and good toking.
