6' 155 lbs, fast metab, 21 yo smoke at least once a day smoked 8-9 hours before test drank 16 oz of tea 3 hrs before within the 2 prior hours before the test drank about 80 oz. of water voided 3 times prior, 2 were clear brought it sub that is clean, had to wait about 30-40 minutes once i got to the place. i crotched the clean sub and went in, pissed beginning of stream into cup then rest into toilet, my piss was mostly clear with mild yellow tint, i then dumped my pee, wiped out the inside of cup best i could, a few small drops(how water binds around the inside edge of a cup when empty except for drops that dont come out) were along inside bottom edge that i got the best i could and wiped down everytrhing else, poured sub in, temp was good, everything else was fine. so....am I being paranoid? i read today that daily smokers have pissed to warm up the cup then dumped then poured in sub have failed before from the little piss of theirs that didnt get dumped or whatever i toked yesterday twice too. didnt think anything would be a problem. if anyone has somewhat of an idea, what to you think the chances of THC showing up in any of the tests? thanks! ![]()

Why did you first pee in the cup? If you had the sub in your crotch, and you brought it up to temp before arriving at the testing facility, it should have stayed at the proper temp. There would be no need to pee in the cup first. Having said that, Redwood Toxicology is the LEAST reputable of all the labs. They had a PIE (Public Interest Exclusion) issued against them a few years back. They can no longer perform DOT regulated testing. That doesn't mean they aren't processing specimens correctly. They had relationships with MRO's that were outside regulation. Still, We prefer NOT to use Redwood.

ive tested before ive gone to take the test to see the rate at which the temp drops. the cutoff temp was 94' and i knew when i went in for the test that i would have to meet with a counselor for 45-60 min. from practicing after about 1/2 an hour my temp would settle right around 94'. sometimes lower and i read the sticky that recommended to pee and let it get warm then dump and sub. any insight? i crotched it with 2 pairs of tidy w's on but couldnt keep it signicantly higher than 95, which i what i ended with so the temp of the must of been lower?

I have not seen a custody and control form that requires the temperature to be a minimum of 94 degrees. All the CCF's I have seen are 90 - 100 degrees. Did you also see the post where the guy urinated in the cup to get the temp. strip up to the correct temperature, dumped his urine out, poured in the sub, then failed the test? Hand warmers are not just for the hands and feet anymore....

my only difference is that i diluted my pee somewhat and after i dumped wiped it out the best i could. diversion is for a DUI, which since ive given up alcohol cause i just dont care for it and seems to have more bad consequences than god. the guy in the other thread said he didnt dilute his own and did not try to wipe out the cup

What is Adulteration? Adulteration is the tampering of a urine specimen with the intention of altering the test results. The use of adulterants can cause false negative results in drug tests by either interfering with the screening test and or destroying the drug present in the urine.Dilution may also be employed in an attempt to produce false negative drug test results. One of the best ways to test for adulteration or dilution is to determine certain urinary characteristics such as Creatinine,pH,and Specific Gravity and to detect the presence of glutaraldehyde, nitrite and oxidants/pyridinium chlorochromate (PCC) in urine. >Creatinine is a waste product of creatine; an amino-acid contained in muscle tissue and found in urine.A person may attempt to foil a test by drinking excessive amounts of water or diuretics such as herbal teas to "flush" the system. Creatinine and specific gravity are two ways to check for dilution and flushing.Which are the most common used in an attempt to circumvent drug testing.Low Creatinine and Specific Gravity may indicate dilute urine. The Absence of Creatinine (<5mg/dl) is indicayive of a specimen not consistent with human urine.Normal creatinine levels are between 20 and 350 mg/dL.Under rare conditions, certain kidney diseases may show dilute urine. >Specific Gravity tests for sample dilution. The normal range is from 1.003-1.030. Values outside this range may be the result of dilution or Adulteration.Elevated levels of protein in urine may cause abnormally high specific gravity values. >Nitrite test for commonly used commercial adulterants such as Klear or Whizzies. They work by oxidizing the major cannabinoid metabolite THC-COON.Positive results generally indicate the presence of an adulterant.Nitrite is not a normal component of human urine. However, nitrite found in urine may indicate urinary track infection or bacterial infections.Nitrite levels of >20 mg/dL may produce false positive glutaraldehyde results. >Glutaraldehyde test for the presence of an aldehyde.Adulterants such as UrinAid and Clear Choice cotaines glutaraldehyde which may cause false negative screening results by disturbing the enzyme used in some immunoassay tests. Glutaraldehyde is not normally found in urine therefore, detection of Glutaraldehyde in a urine specimen is generally an indcator of adulteration.Glutaraldehyde is not normally found in urine However certain metabolic abnormalities such as ketoacidosis (Fasting, uncontrolled diabetes or protein diets) may interfere with the test results >pH test for the presence of acidic or alkaline adulterants in urine.Normal pH levels should be in the range of 4.0-9.0 Values outside of this range may indicate the sample has been altered. >Oxidants/PCC (Pyridinium Chlorochromate) Test for the presence of oxidizing agents such as bleach and hydrogen peroxide.Pyridinium Chlorochromate (sold under the brand name UrineLuck) is a commonly used adulterant.Normal human urine should not contain oxidants or PCC.The presence of high levels antioxidants in false negative results for the oxidants/PCC
