Hi...I have learned a lot reading the threads in here. All the information is greatly appreciated.
I am a 40 year old male...heavy chronic user...5' 10"...180 pounds or so...pretty good metabolism, but have gotten lazy lately and have some fat to lose.
I have a pre-employ test sometime around the 10th of March or so. I plan on using the dilution method posted on here. Question: If i prepare to take the test on the 10th, but don't have the test until 13th or 14th do I just start over again on the steps? Also, I don't red meat or chicken (just fish) I will be taking creatine, but is there anything else I need to worry about.

I smoked yesterday, do I have a chance at pulling off a clean UA in about 9-10 days or so?

Just do the dillution method for your test even if it it is not on the day you thought it was. Just stop smoking and practice practice

Thanks for the info. It is a city job and I know I will have to take one.
When you say practice I assume you mean take a practice UA. I saw some online stores where I can buy some test kits, but don't know if the companys are any good....any recommendations, or should I just to Walgreens or Rite-Aid.

I use Walgreens, they are 15 bucks. GM knows where you can get them in batches of ten on EBay for like 2 bucks each.
