I have a UA, strip test, on tuesday. People tell me to take 2 a day and you will be clean, as well as drink water and work out. I have been smokin everyday for about 1 1/2 weeks. Prior to that I was almost totally clean. Will this help me pass?

No, Niacin does not help you get clean faster. the purpose of taking a B vitamin before your test is to give your urine a yellow color.

Niacin does nothing but give you a hot flush. B2 will color your urine yellow and make it look less diluted.

Not to mention the fact that in high doses it can fry your liver. Unless prescribed by a physician, stay away from aggressively using niacin.
