It has been 23 days since i last smoked of a joint (3 hits) Prior to that, i have been constantly smoking daily for quite sometime (2-3 years) I have a very active lifestyle, i play b-ball often and work out. I weigh about 150 and 5'4.

Urine test coming in approx. 2 weeks. You think i would be ok or should i bother to buy a detox drink from gnc?

Please, do a search using the keyword "magic" in this forum. That should tell you whether you should be purchasing "Detox" drinks, pills, etc.

I have been reviewing your history, and if you quit smoking on the 7th of Feb, it would be more than 30 days to your test. You SHOULD be ok by then. If you want to spend money to help you pass a drug test, purchase a home test from either a dept. store or a drug testing company.That way you will KNOW if you need to use a diluting technique or not.
