I am on suspension from work for testing positive. I am a cronic smoker. I was smoking around a quater a week sometimes more. all this took place on the 27th of Feb. I may return to work after 30 Days. Since then I have smoked a couple of times. I compleatly cut Myself off on the 9th of march. I am 32 with a weight of 140. and have a super quick metabolism. With a body fat percentage of less than 7 percent. I get to go and submit another urine sample on the 23 or 24. I have been drinking yoga detox tea and pleanty of fluids. Is this enough, I can not afford to fail this test. I have seen pleanty of people fail a test after taking all the various coverups or urine additives. Is there any thing else that I can do?

Stay abstinate. I think that with your described metabolism and not smoking for 2+ weeks before the test, you have a really good shot at passing with just mild dilution.

You could also try substituting it with a friends urine that you know is clean, or you could get synthetic urine. You can get synthetic urine at most head shops for around 30 bucks and it comes with a heat pad and a tempature strip so as the tempature is correct. Or you could just try it regularly, with a "super fast metabolism" you would probably pass anyway.

If he is currently on suspension from work for failing a previous test, chances are VERY good they will be doing an observed test on him this time around. I wouldn't bet on being able to susbstitute.

I just tested myself and achieved a negative result. I believe that what I am doing is the best thing to do for myself. I will continue to remain abstinate. I am to old to be playing games with my life. In other words "You step up to the plate or stay on the bench."

You sound like a very smart man to me. It would be soooo nice if they would just legalize it and leave us alone.
Picture this and see why I believe it should be legalized: I am an alcholic and haven't drank in 20 yrs and I don't drive under the influence of drugs as I did in my younger days.
When I was drunk I drove like a freakin' hundred mph.
When I was stoned drove ten mph and thought wow feels like I am going a freakin' hundred mph.

I got to go and take the urine test yesterday and am proud to say that I passed with flying colors. Thank you for all your advise. Even if it was just a little assurance that I am doing the right thing. I have a litle advice for those out there that my not know what to do. first of all stay clean and don,t run out and take a toke if your test is a couple days away. the only way to clean your self out is to stay active or get active immediately. Drink pleanty of fluids not just water, I drank lots of fruit juices that contain natural anitoxidents. such as cranberrys and wild blueberrys, there are a few others out there as well. None of the store bought reamedies will work if the sample goes out to the lab. This is just a sales gimic. their idea is that there is a stupid person around every corner. all it takes is a little education to figure this out. I educated myself and it worked. Please do not trust what you hear at the locale head shops, they are there to sell their products.
I hope this advise will work for you, it did for me!!
