Quick Question:

Last time I smoked was in early December. Before that, I hadn't smoked for years. I had one hit off a joint (low potency weed) on 3/25/06. I'm 5"10, 220 lbs, 9% body fat and extremely active (body-builder). I take diuretics, massive Vitamin B, and Creatine on a regular basis.
How long before this it out of my urine?

one hit really shouldnt affect your urine. if you are extremely active then it should be out of your system the day before yesterday. dont worry about it, youve got everything it takes to pass a drug test, even if you did take a hit an hour before the test(even though i wouldnt reccomend it)

There's probably a 0.00000001% chance that you're still dirty. If you're still worried, take a home test.

Just took a home test and passed. How accurate are they?

Also, I took it around 3 p.m. after about 96 oz. of fluid; however, I figure that I can down that much prior to my real test.

Home tests are about 99% accurate. To make yourself feel better use the first part of your first mornings urine to take the home test, even though I think you are good to go as well.
