Been reading this forum for about 2 weeks - great stuff. I have a typical question - i hate to ask but if the answer helps me sleep better at night, then so be it.

Timeline:
Clean as a whistle until 1/24/06 (hadn't smoked in >3 months)
1/24: Took 5-6 hits off a pipe
No more smoke until 3/2
3/2: Did 1 one hit
3/3: Did 2 one hits
3/18: Tested negative on an at home test
3:27: Clean for 24 days (since 3/3). Took a pre-employment UA test at Labcorp. Minor dilution

I havent heard back yet but am paranoid as all hell. Am I panicking for no reason? I am 5'9, 205 lbs, moderate to low metabolism

I don't believe you even needed the mild dilution. Lets hope it was mild enough.

In my opinion, you did OK.

Don't panic, remember, you were looking for a job when you found the one you tested for. The worst that could happen is that you will be looking for another job. Right back where you were 2 days ago.

Thanks SEC/29 - My "mild" dilution was about 80 oz's of water over a 6-7 hour period (8:00 AM -2:30 PM). I had also taken a vitamin pack at 8 and again at 1 so my urine was a nice yellow. I took the test around 2:30-2:45 PM.
